What We Do
Distributing groceries, hot meals, and pantry staples to individuals and families facing food insecurity across Greater Hartford.
Connecting neighbors to housing assistance, healthcare, benefits enrollment, and other critical community services.

One-on-one mentoring relationships that provide guidance, accountability, and encouragement for youth and adults.
A compassionate ear and emotional support for those navigating crisis, grief, or isolation.
Bringing neighbors together through community gatherings, giveaways, and celebrations that build belonging.
Programs designed to invest in the next generation — building confidence, skills, and a sense of purpose.
