BORN IN EAST AUSTIN

Zest started as a single taco cart on East 6th Street in 2018. What began as a weekend hustle — a family recipe, a borrowed griddle, and a line that wrapped around the block — grew into East Austin's most-loved taqueria. Every taco we make carries that same energy: fresh, loud, and unapologetically Tex-Mex.

We source our tortillas from a third-generation tortilleria in South Austin. Our birria recipe has been in the family for 40 years. We don't cut corners because our neighbors deserve better.
